Most engagements with Value Creation Engines typically last between 24 to 48 months, depending on your business’s goals and the complexity of value acceleration efforts. This duration allows enough time to measure current value, develop a robust plan, and execute multiple growth sprints to achieve significant, sustainable results.
We recommend a minimum commitment of 12 months to allow for meaningful progress in the value creation process. However, if you need to pause or end the engagement early, we can work with you to ensure a smooth transition and that any ongoing initiatives are handed over effectively, helping to maintain momentum toward your goals.
