90-DAY SPRINTS
Each quarter we work with the client's Value Creation Team create a detailed action plan for the next quarter. Throughout the quarter we follow up to ensure execution and provide guidance.
We schedule quarterly meetings with you to review progress and ensure the clients personal and business goals are aligned.
You get secure access to a dashboard with the client's Value Creation Plan along with OKR's and progress toward the objective.
The client gets a Value Creation Plan that is fully aligned with their personal goals to address the Wealth Gap and Value Gap.
When a client engages us for at least a year to grow your enterprise value and they don't grow value by at least 10X their investment we will make it right by continuing for free until they achieve value growth equal to at least 10X their investment.

The Grow phase, starting at $5,000 per month, includes executing quarterly sprints focused on key actions to maximize value and reduce risks. ROI is demonstrated through measurable gains in enterprise value, improved operational efficiency, increased employee engagement, and reduced risk factors, with most clients experiencing substantial value growth that far exceeds their initial investment over time.
